Email us about accounts, orders, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, or technical problems. Include your username and order reference so we can find the relevant records. You can also cancel in one click from your account.
privacy, legal, and intellectual property
Use this address for data requests, takedown notices, intellectual-property complaints, and formal legal notices. It is monitored during the same support hours, and email is sufficient to submit a request. For an IP complaint, identify the work, the material in question, and your authority to act. We investigate these complaints promptly.
